Summer Adjustment

Team,
Hope everyone has had a great Summer break so far. We are now a few weeks out from camp. Hopefully everyone has been running at least a little. July is the time to kick things back into gear! We want to make sure everyone is prepared for camp. Remember we leave on Sunday July 20th. It will be here before you know it.
Next Friday is the 4th of July. We recommend participating in on of the below races. The first reason is that they support good causes and organizations. The second is it will help you get back into a competitive frame of mind. We have a long season ahead of us and getting a "reality" check early is always a good thing.
Finally we are going to make a few slight changes to our Summer schedule. Our group runs will now be on Saturday mornings at 9am. We will skip next week (July 5th) but would really really like to have a mandatory Saturday group run on July 12th at Sand Run Parkway & Revere Road. This will give us a chance to SEE everyone before we depart for camp.
Don't forget that we have conditioning sessions on Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:30am for those who can make it.
